I've been in private practice for over 12 years providing counseling services to individuals, families, couples, children and groups. The pace and demands of life today cause us to be stressed, anxious and agitated. I like helping people find balance and peace in their lives by teaching coping skills and self care. Sometimes we need help in navigating the relationships in our lives. I enjoy seeing clients learn about themselves and how their perceptions, expectations and negative thinking can be toxic to a relationship.
